The Les Deux Gares & Spa hotel offers a French and international breakfast based on a selection of quality products, made by chef Jonathan Schweizer of our restaurant 'Café Les Deux Gares'.

From the morning, Les Deux Gares Express comes alive to the rhythm of the rails and the scent of freshly brewed coffee and hot croissants. A natural extension of the hotel, this joyfully retro bistro by Luke Edward Hall welcomes travelers and local regulars around a generous and carefully prepared breakfast. There you can savor golden pastries from Boulangerie Sain, fresh bread slices with butter and jam, as well as a selection of mature cheeses from Taka & Vermo.

Hotel guest formula, served from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
