Résidence Paris Asnières consists of 50 apartments spread over two buildings with elevators. The 4 storey building 'A' gives out onto the street 'rue Général Mangin, with a small front garden and balconies. The apartments located in the 6 storey building 'B' have views either onto a zen bamboo garden or onto a more playful landscaped area with bamboo and bright balls. This garden and its furniture is also a relaxing and very pleasant place in the summer. There is direct access from B block to another relaxing area, 'The Nautilus', where residents have full use of the fitness room, the laundry room, the lounge with Internet and the breakfast room.

The decoration of each flat has been given special attention in colour and furniture so as to be practical and friendly. All the apartments are fully furnished and offer the following amenities:
- entrance with cupboard and hanging space
- bathroom with bath, and some with shower, hairdryer, magnifying mirror...
- kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave/grill-oven, Nespesso machine, electric kettle, toaster, cupboards, utensils crockery, etc.
- living room with a large window (and a balcony in some cases), and depending on the category, a double bed and a sofa bed, or two single beds, LCD TV, safe, etc…

Linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and kitchen towels) is provided. The bed is made for the occupant’s arrival and the linen is changed at each cleaning.
The prices are with all charges included, city taxes not included, with a cleaning service and a change of linen (frequency depends on the option chosen), free internet access with wifi, direct dial phone line and free use of the fitness room.

Location

The Aparthotel Residence Paris Asnieres is located just outside of Paris, in the centre of Asnieres sur Seine, in a residential area, close to the Town Hall and the train station, the post office and many shops, some of which are open until 9 pm or 10 pm. The residence is also close to a car park and an 'Autolib' car hire station. It is located near the Seine river, next to the towns of Clichy and Levallois Perret.

The residental district, called 'Village Mangin', is particulary quiet, with its lovely buildings from the 1930s with small front gardens.
