The Residence offers 128 apartments ranging from Studios to 2-room and 3-room apartments. Renovated, comfortable and functional, they all feature a balcony or terrace with a beautiful sea view.
They are all equipped with a private bathroom with shower (in the studios) or bathtub (T2 and T3 apartments), WC, air-conditioning, flat screen TV, direct telephone, balcony or terrace with sea view (T3), fully-equipped kitchenette with electric hot plates, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker/kettle, cutlery/crockery set, dishwasher in T2 and T3, linen provided (changed weekly for stays of 14 nights minimum), free WiFi internet access

On request-other services:
-bathroom linen set (2 small towels and 1 large towel) for rent: 10 EUR per person per stay
-final cleaning compulsory: 35 EUR
-a deposit of 200 EUR will be requested and returned depending on the condition of the apartment at the end of the stay
-some T2 apartments are designed to accommodate guests with reduced mobility
-laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board

Baby bed on request: 15 EUR per stay-pre-reservation compulsory
Extra bed for a child: free of charge-on request and subject to availability
