The Residence offers 121 accommodations ranging from Studios to 1-room and 2-room apartments. Renovated, comfortable and functional, they all feature a balcony or terrace with a beautiful sea view.
They are all equipped with a private bathroom with shower (in the studios) or bathtub (apartments), WC, air-conditioning, flat screen TV, direct telephone, balcony or terrace with sea, fully-equipped kitchenette with electric hot plates, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery/crockery set, dishwasher in the apartments, linen provided (changed weekly for stays of 14 nights minimum), free WiFi Internet access.

- Apartment for 6 persons with sea view or 2-bedroom apartment with sea view (T3) : 50 sqm, bathroom with hairdryer and bathtub, balcony with sea view, equipped kitchenette + dishwasher, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160*190) + 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + 1 sofa bed for 2 people.

On request-other services:
- Bathroom linen set (1 small towel and 1 large towel per person and per stay) included : extra set for 10 EUR per person per stay
- Final cleaning compulsory: included (except kitchen and dishes)
- A deposit of 300 EUR will be requested and returned depending on the condition of the apartment at the end of the stay
