The Apart-Hotel Mer & Golf City consists of 97 apartments distributed from the 2nd to the 8th floor, all accessible by elevator. All apartments are spacious, bright and air-conditioned. They are oriented south-east or north-west.

Following facilities are available in all accommodations:
- A fully equipped little kitchen area with 2 hotplates (4 hotplates in the 2-room apartments), refrigerator (large size with freezer compartment in the 2-room apartment), combined micro wave and grill oven, dishwasher, coffee-maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes and ustensils

- Flat screen TV 80 cm in the living room (2nd TV in the bedroom in the apartments for 4 people)

- Business studio for 1/2 persons:  23 sqm approx. 1 double bed 160*200 or double foldaway sofa bed, or 2 single beds.
- Comfort studio for 1 to 4 people : 31 sqm approx. 1 double bed 160*200 + 1 sofa bed 140 cm, shower
- 2-room apartment for 1 to 4 people : 45 sqm approx. 1 double bed 160*200 or 2 single beds + living room with 1 sofa bed 160 cm, shower
- Junior Suite for 6/8 people : 62 sqm approx. 2 communicating Comfort studios.

- 9 Business studios and 1 Comfort studio are equipped for disabled guests; available upon request
- 12 interconnecting studios available upon request
- Baby cot: 16 EUR / night. A baby counts as a full person and can not exceed the maximum capacity allowed in the apartment.
