All apartments are equipped with:

Mer & Golf City Apart-Hotel is located in a new urban landscaped area, in a quiet environment and near a small lake, halfway between Bordeaux-Lac and Bordeaux Centre, very close to the 'Cité du Vin', the new emblem of the city! Prepayment : The special conditions for long stays of 30 nights or more, or for special events or special rates are stated at the time of the booking. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon arrival at the hotel. Bank checks are not accepted for the payment of our services. In case of a 'non-refundable non-cancellable rate offer' (NRNC), the entire stay must be paid at the moment of the booking, by credit card or in cash.
- Hotel formula : The reservation is guaranteed until 6 pm on the day of arrival by the means of a credit card. In case of arrival after the closing of the reception, the amount of the first night will be charged by the hotel on the day of arrival, and the remaining amount paid by the guest the next day.
- Residential formula : At the moment of the reservation, the guest must pay a deposit of 30 % of the amount of the stay. The remaining amount will be paid on arrival upon check-in before keys are handed over.

Cancellation / modification :
- Hotel formula : Free cancellation until 6 pm on the day of arrival. From 6 pm on the day of arrival or in case of no-show: the amount of the first night will be charged.
- Residential formula : 30 % of the total amount (the prepayment) will be charged one day after the reservation, or in case of non-show.

Non cancellable and non refundable rates (NANR) and during conventions/trade fairs : 100 % cancellation fees upon booking.
