The hotel’s restaurant is a bistronomic brasserie. Here you will find traditional brasserie dishes alongside more gastronomic creations. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of specialities, ranging from fried meatballs to lobster and game dishes. Our head chef Philippe Duret, who spent 17 years in a Michelin starred restaurant, will surprise guests with new culinary creations each weekend. The restaurant also features a terrace with seating for 70 guests in a pleasant setting. Closed every Tuesday, except public holidays (closed on 24, 25 and 31 December).
In the summer, you can enjoy our wood-fire plancha evenings, where meat, fish and vegetables are grilled before your eyes and shared in a convivial atmosphere.

Ephemeral restaurant - Le Chalet du Florentin: Experience the season in a warm ambiance, with raclette and Burgundy fondue served every Friday and Saturday evening from October to January. Outside this period, Le Chalet is transformed into a reception room, ideal for celebrating birthdays, private events or corporate meals.
