The Hotel Esprit d'Azur offers 37 air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi access. They all include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a desk and a private bathroom with shower or bathtub, toilet and hairdryer.

All standard rooms face the street and can be noisy during the rush hours. For those most sensitive to noise, we recommend upgrading to a superior room (room with balcony or superior room).

- Superior double or twin room: a room of great comfort. It has a double bed or 2 single beds depending on availability. An extra bed can be added on request and at a surcharge. South-facing and overlooking the courtyard, the room is bright, quiet and spacious (Average size : 15 sqm).
- Triple room with balcony: this room can be composed of two rooms or a single, large room (according to availability). It has a balcony and a private bathroom. It is possible to have 3 single beds or 1 double bed and 1 single bed. South-facing and overlooking the courtyard, the room is bright and quiet.
- Superior Family Suite (Junior Suite) : Comfortable room that can accommodate up to 4 people. It is ideal for a couple and up to 2 children. We recommend however to book 2 double rooms if you are 4 adults for more space and comfort. The Junior Suite has a double bed and two single sofa beds. South-facing and overlooking the courtyard, the suite is bright and quiet. Average size : 22 sqm. The bedroom and the bathroom has been completely renovated in December 2018.

The Bar is open 24 hours a day for guests staying in the hotel. External customers are welcome from 9 am to 5 pm. We offer exclusively drinks (with and without alcohol).

Buffet breakfast is served every morning from 7 am to 10:30 am. It includes a hot buffet (scrambled eggs, bacon, etc.), a cold buffet, fresh bread selected from the best traditional bakeries in Nice, fruit juices and ground coffee.
