The Domaine des Chais offers seven comfortable and spacious (between 35 and 50 sqm) rooms, each with its own unique decor. The triple and quadruple rooms can accommodate families. The bridal suite (Suite nuptiale), reserved for couples, has a large bathroom with a shower and corner bathtub. All rooms offer tranquillity and a soothing view of the fountain. The Canadian Suite is suitable for people with reduced mobility. The rate includes accommodation only, but meals can be taken on site. Optional extras include breakfast in your room and cot hire.

The Domaine des Chais restaurant offers refined and creative cuisine, prepared using fresh market produce and inspired by the Charente region. Seated indoors or on the terrace in fine weather, guests can enjoy an exceptional setting and an open kitchen where they can watch the chef at work. The menu changes with the seasons. The restaurant is open all year round from 7pm to 8.30pm, and in July and August from 7pm to 9.30pm, as well as on Friday lunchtimes. It is closed on Sunday lunchtimes and evenings (except for groups with reservations, every day of the week including Sunday lunchtimes).
