The Brit Hotel Lannion Centre Gare offers 95 furnished and equipped apartments, all served by a lift. They are spacious (20 to 60 m²) and can accommodate up to 6 people. They are fully furnished and are equipped with : private bathroom (shower or bathtub, WC, toiletries), kitchenette (hot plates, extractor hood, coffee maker or kettle, kitchen utensils), microwave, small fridge, crockery, linens and towels, TV, office area, dining table, wardrobe and free WiFi Internet access.

- Studio double bed: 20 sqm, living room, sleeping area with a double bed for 2 persons (140 cm), bathroom with shower. Maximum 2 persons.
- Studio twin beds: 20 sqm, living room, sleeping area with sleeping accomodation for 2 persons (2 single beds), bathroom with shower. Maximum 2 persons.
