Hotel Iosefin Residence provides you with the means to escape the daily routine by naturally blending the interior design with the local history creating a unique, intimate atmosphere. The spacious apartments, carefully equipped and decorated are especially designed to exceed any expectation. The hotel is formed of 25 apartments: 10 business apartments, 8 standard apartments and 7 studio apartments.
Recently built, the apartments are very well-structured so that you can get all the comfort you need. All the apartments have: entrance hallway, living room, bedroom, kitchen area,  bathroom (bathtub or shower, hairdryer), air-conditioning, desk, safe, sofa, table for eating in large groups, minibar, LCD Television, phone with local and international access and free internet WIFI.

-Some of the apartments have a view over our beautiful interior garden and others have a panoramic view over the Iosefin Quarter, a historical area, close enough to the city center and its major interest points, but far enough so that the noise and agitation slip away.

Studio apartment: At Iosefin Residence you can benefit from our 7 studio apartments, with a surface of 45 m². Located in the attic they are formed of entrance hallway,  bedroom, living room area, kitchen and a bathroom.
Standard apartment: At Iosefin Residenceyou can benefit from our 8 standard apartments, with a surface of 63 m², formed of entrance hallway, living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
Business apartment: At Iosefin Residence you can benefit from our 10 business apartments, with a surface of 73 m², formed of entrance hallway, living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.

Cot/baby bed available: free of charge, on request.
Extra child or extra bed for a child: free of charge up to 2 years old
Extra bed for a child from 2 years old: 10 EUR per night
Extra bed for an adult: 15 EUR per night
