The Mill Inn and Spa offers 27 non-smoking rooms divided in 3 categories:

-Park Rooms: overlooking the Gatineau Park. All feature a large double bed, except for one with 2 separate single beds.
-Waterfalls Superior Rooms: located on the MacLaren waterfalls side. All have a large double bed.
-Waterfalls Executive Rooms: located on the MacLaren waterfalls side. All have a large double bed. Some of the rooms feature a gas fireplace, a therapeutic bathtub or jacuzzi for two.

Decoration and furniture vary depending on the room type: unique canadiana or mission style reproduction heritage furnishings / mezzanine rooms with sloping ceilings and dormer windows / exposed stone or brick or stacked wood walls and/or exposed heritage or original timber beams / original mill flooring or pine flooring.

All the rooms feature the following amenities: private bathroom with bathtub/shower, wc, hairdryer, air-conditioning, cable TV, DVD player, telephone, radio, free WIFI internet
-2 rooms are specially equipped to accommodate guests in wheelchair
